About The Job
As a Trade Support Employee you will get started on the department that supports the Traders with administrative tasks such as:
- Guiding the total buying and selling process;
- Planning and communication with supplier and customer;
- Guiding the internal and external logistic processes from supplier to customer (eg planning and arranging international transport and communication);
- Assisting with month end processes and invoicing;
- Update & check daily pickup/delivery schedules;
- Review stock levels and ensure ample product available to fill orders.
Your Qualities
- You are available full time (40 hours a week);
- You have 1 - 2 years work experience as a fulfillment coordinator, merchandise allocator or commercial assistant, preferably in a commercial environment;
- You are very fluent in English, any other language is also a plus;
- You have excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Navision is a plus);
- You are a flexible, passive, accurate, proactive and pragmatic professional;
- You are an enthusiastic team player who is driven, customer-oriented, solution-oriented and result-oriented;
- Excellent communication and social skills.
