  • Identify Oracle project opportunities and independently initiate and develop them into a pipeline
  • Report monthly on pipeline, forecast, and commercial progress
  • Execute both cold and warm acquisition (LinkedIn, network, events, Oracle channels), potentially in collaboration with an external direct marketing partner
  • Build relationships with hiring managers up to executive board level
  • Identify tenders and concrete capacity demands
  • Coordinate proposal processes in collaboration with our Oracle experts
  • Become part of the Oracle Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic direction of the Area

Your Qualities

Your profile

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent)

  • Experience with Oracle staffing or consultancy sales is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle technology or similar enterprise solutions
  • Strong commercial drive and a results-oriented, closing mentality
  • Strong networking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven attitude
  • Comfortable with cold acquisition
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
