About The Job

As a Senior Hardware Engineer (with a focus on power electronics), you will:

  • Develop and maintain products using a high degree of mixed digital and analog technologies, ensuring the highest possible accuracy and flexibility for new products;
  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and hardware engineers within one of the SCRUM teams;
  • Share your expertise and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Your Qualities

For the Senior Hardware Engineer position, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Are a driven hardware developer with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and strong analytical and self-learning skills;
  • Thrive in a team environment but take full ownership of their tasks and responsibilities;
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in power electronics development;
  • Have a background in product development and are passionate about driving a product from concept to production;
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of high-power switch-mode electronics and power converters.

Additional requirements:

  • You are eligible to work in The Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship;
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Dutch organization;
  • You are fluent in English, as it is the company’s primary language of communication.
