We are looking for an energetic, eager and ambitious Sales Trader who will – in addition to his daily work of engaging with customers and suppliers, be responsible for coordinating, driving and guiding a team of trading specialists for them to hit and surpass their KPI’S.
As a Sales Trader, you will approach potential, new and existing customers in the German market. You will do this by telephone, with the aim of mapping out their needs and selling what they need. You will learn how to do this in advance in an extensive training. Every conversation is unique and that makes the job varied and challenging. You communicate with different stakeholders and partners such as owners, purchasing managers and sales managers from different companies. They all expect the best offer from you!
