The platform’s algorithm always looks for the best transaction partners. In addition, the platform is safe to use because the company designed and developed it with the highest IT security standards. As a dealmaker you can share the information you want and decide about the access rights.  

Our client is expanding fast; not only are they available for the European market, but they’re also growing their UK sales operation. That’s why we are looking for a Business Development Representative to help with this growth and discover new opportunities on the UK market.

About The Job

In this role, as a Business Development Representative, you’ll be an important member of the Business Development team. You are the first point of contact for prospects in the UK. You identify and qualify interesting prospects, reach out to them and follow up via phone, e-mail or the website. You also reach out to interesting companies that fit the company’s ideal customer profile. Once you are in touch with a prospect, you get to know the prospect, understand their needs and start the process by offering a free trial or booking a demo. You’ll also be involved in activating prospects and clients to stimulate them to share propositions. Besides that, other tasks as a Business Development Representative are:

  • Booking appointments for the Business Development Managers and prepare meetings for prospects 
  • Learning more about the market, customers and the company so you become an expert on the platform
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to generate a consistent and high flow of leads
  • Keeping an eye on the latest trends in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions 

Your Qualities

For this job, we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a driven and self-motivated mindset. You like to control your own destiny and are eager to learn anything. You’re very ambitious and can’t wait to start your sales career at a young, enthusiastic and dynamic workplace. Furthermore you have:

  • 0-2 years experience in sales 
  • A (MSc) degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Very good speaking and writing skills in English 
  • Interest in corporate finance
