In consultation with our clients and candidates, we strive throughout the recruitment process to provide high-quality services coupled with speed, effectiveness and results.
It depends on the way you use our services and/or website which of your data we process. We describe these situations below. We will not share your personal data without your permission with other parties than those listed below. We will also not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Besides the situations described below, personal data may be shared in case of:
A. A corporate transfer: personal data may be part of the assets to be transferred in case of sale, merger, reorganization or dissolution of our company or a similar situation related to our company;
B. (i) When you are just visiting our website

(ii). When you, as a candidate, apply directly for a vacancy
When you want to apply directly for a vacancy or create an account via our website, we may ask you to fill in one or more of the following (personal) data:
- First and last name;
- Address;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Home address*;
- CV with the (personal) data you have described in it.
For what purpose?
We process your personal data to be able to perform our tasks as an employment intermediary. More specifically, we process your personal data to:
- Identify you and assess your potential suitability for a position or future positions with employers;
- Create an account for you and include you in our database;
- Send you a job (by e-mail, telephone, LinkedIN/other social media channels or by WhatsApp/SMS);
- To be able to do a screening (if necessary);
- Introduce you to a potential employer;
- Stimulate your personal development by offering you tests;
- Send you relevant information via e-mail, such as Job-alerts, reports and notifications of events.
Which legal ground?
The legal ground for our processing of your personal data for the above purposes is the execution of the agreement we have with you regarding employment mediation or our legitimate interest. If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data. An objection does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing prior to that withdrawal.
As we would like to help you find a new job as well and effectively as possible and thus execute the contract we have with you in the best possible way, we consider your consent to the sending of mailings connected to our services, for example a vacancy mailing or a Job Alert, as given, unless you object or until you withdraw this consent. The advantage of the job vacancy mailing is that it enables us to present you with existing and future vacancies, which significantly increases the chance of us finding a new job or interesting employer for you. With whom do we share (personal) data (if any)?
We share your (personal) data with parties insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the employment mediation or the services requested by you, for example in the context of a job application to a client or potential employer or with one of our affiliated companies, or (external) service providers who perform (part of) our services, such as the software supplier of our CRM system. We may share your (personal) data with the companies affiliated with our company and the companies otherwise connected with us, if this is necessary for an optimal provision of services.
(iii) When you contact us as a candidate or as a (potential) client
When you contact us as a candidate, for example through the form on our website, or through another channel (for example by phone, email or social media), we process certain (personal) data:
- Name;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- The questions or comments you state in the contact form or in your message.
We also process personal data of contacts who work at our business relations, such as customers or suppliers. In some cases, such as when a contact person requests a quotation or schedules a call-out appointment, this includes for example the first and last name, position, telephone number, email address and correspondence with this contact person. This data is only used in the context of our services and for maintaining the business relationship.
